The
Smith hale is located near the small town of Wailua, just north of Lihu'e,
on the east coast of Kaua'i.
It is located on Kuamoo Road (Hwy.580),
4.2 miles
west of Hwy. 56,
near such sites as Opaeka'a Falls, the Wailua River, the Kauai's
Hindu Monastery, and the historic Coco Palms Hotel, where
Elvis' Blue
Hawaii
was filmed in 1961.
Wailua is centrally located halfway between the Napali coast on the
north shore
and Polihale Beach on the west shore, and less than 30 minutes from
Kauai's airport in Lihu'e.
